    VIDEO SETTINGS HELP

So I run my BF2 in 1024x768 and the rest of the settings are set to medium resolution.

My problem I get these black spots on the ground and it makes it hard for me to see stuff if I'm up in the air or trying to line people up for targets on the ground.

Then, if I set my settings on low, I don't see vehicles that are some distance away...like for example if I'm piloting the cobra and I see someone spot a tank, apc or heli, if it's somewhat far away but SHOULD be in range of sight, I'm not able to see it at all.

I need help...how can I keep my setting on low 1024x768 and still be able to see the objects that are far away but are obviously in range?

What's your viewing scale set to? Default, I think was set to 90%. Set it to 100%. My system does the same thing random black spots on low settings. I believe its the system telling me the system GPU is about to die...

Mmm I don't know...I run Windows on a virtual machine so I'm thinking there might be some conflict with the video card somewhere..is there anything I can run to test and see if my card is fine?

    Re: VIDEO SETTINGS HELP

Nope. Happened to me too. I looked it up and it was a driver problem. Just have to wait until the new drivers come out and then the black spots will go away. Until then set your terrain settings to low and they should disappear. Hope it helps.

    EDIT:
Xav if it doesn't help I hate to break it to you, but you're gay and a nub. Your PC doesn't want you anymore....you're too gay. LOLNUB

You running the new X Lion OS for your iMac? If so could be companionably issues. You could try doing a hardware test using your iMac OS install disk?

The new Lion OS. Might be the culprit. Was it doing it before the OS upgrade...
