I would recommend making a whole lot of platoons to ensure you always have a dozen or so spaces on any given platoon and invite any good team oriented players you meet along the way to join. It could prove to be a decent "marketing" tool.

A single group capped out at 100 with no word on that expanding in the future just helps wall us off from random connects even further.
