By the way, how exactally are they ranked? Most points total, highest K ratio on average, average rank for each player, or what?

Since HA international information is poor and not up to date at the moment, I am declaring indefinite neutrality on all conflicts. This does not mean that my allies or I will not retaliate if attack, it just means that I'm not going to engage in any conflicts until I better information in the Rules of Engagement and international affairs and happening.

OOC: I have no idea what the rules are about war, trade, etc. and how they affect a country, nor do I have ship counts completed. I'm also behind on who's at war with who.

We're still trying to work out some of the fine points of war, alliances, and trade.

We have determined that a nation can not call the causalities of another nation and it looks like weapons of mass destruction will be limited via resolution #003 to only being used as "a last resort".

SS Crazy Train is attempting to invade Panama and several nations have either cut off trade with SS Crazy Train or stepped in with troops and other aid to attempt to stop the invasion.

Yes, the world is slightly chaotic at the moment. Evil's info is correct. There is one war, 3 aliances of nations, and several trade agreements (Mine is a basic trade in the region Med/Indian ocean) other may be more specific.

Many of us are new to this type of role playing and it'll be a bit rough arround the edges till we get into the swing of things.

First figure out you're nations phylosophy, and it's leader(s) attitudes and such. You can even have you're government have a coop (how crazy train got into the mess it's in). The main point is to have fun and to 'control' you're nation.

A brief insite into my nation:

De Dragon is generally an open nation with a cluster of cloned 'father figures' caring for their 'children'. It's main commitment is to provide space protection for the region from it's ALM agreement (what got me started with this nation) so unlike most nations it's main armed force is spaceborn rather than ground born. Hence it only has enough ground troops to protect it's borders and not enough to lend to other conflicts. It also is the regions largest arms manufacturing nation so it will suply arms instead of men to it's alliance partners.

Currently it'll maintain trade and diplomatic relationships with any nation that does not upset the 'status quo' of the region.

I hope the insite into my nation and it's leaders will help you folks to 'plot a course' for you're nations.

Run you're nation however you will get the most entertainment from it. One of our nations worsips a platypus and it's desisions are based on said creature. Another is basically a huge corporation with a 'chairman of the board' instead of a leader.
