Stacked Teams

Hey was playing tonight and the team I was on got absolutely obliterated for 5-6 maps, not rounds, but MAPS. Loosing by 100-150+ tickets every time. I dont know how to contact admins and orgins friends list blows (wont show my friends just says find friends). Are the admin tools in BF3 good enough to allow for manual team balancing? Or does the loosing team have to wait for a good player to get autoed to them?

It isn't so much as stacked teams as is the other team working well and "team playing" with each other. I know multiple times I couldn't do shit because the other team was on the ball and mine would rather snipe from the base or camp.

That mindset tends to take hold as the asshole gets rawer and I'm surprised it took this long for this thread to start.

When someone can tell me how balance a team, and how exactly one goes about stacking there team I'll be all ears. I've been on receiving end many nights of 5-6 game raping. I mean are admins going have say well X player sucks so lets put him on win team, and this player is uber so let put him on losing side?

I don't think that happens. admins would kick/ban those that don't teamplay and you're making generalizations about your team.

from what I can tell, teams stay the same between maps. so if one team is dominating one map, they will likely dominate the next. if there was a way to randomize teams between maps that would be better I think.. and I know some people like to play with the same people so randomizing the squads should be okay too.

It does happen..

And here is why.. Yesterday I was on the team getting destroyed. I joined up and started a squad, I noticed that every flag our squad went for, other squads on our team spawned there and next thing you know other squad leaders were pushing the same exact objectives that my squad was. So we took our squad and stayed away from the rest of teams objectives. We made sure to push objectives that other squads weren't going for. Once the other squad leaders got the idea that they needed to do their own objectives and not the same as everyone else we started winning. The rounds started out 150+ loss and after 2 rounds it went down to 25 tix loss. All it takes is good squad leaders and some attention to detail.. With that a team can start winning. (or at least not lose as bad)

It's not a stacked team issue.... Its a leadership issue.

Camping and sniping from base is very different from what you described.

I agree there is a leadership issue in the game. The game often feels like a squad-based free for all to me (the squads act independently).

This. Everyone has to pay attention and communicate in this game. Without a commander the SL is not getting Intel on the enemy. Watch the map, pay attention to your team movements, and GUARD flags. The whole team does not need to push a single objective to win.

I was on last night when this was happening and it wasn't so much stacked teams as it was one team had 8 people in TS and the other team had one person. At one point last night we had a full server however there weren't enough people in TS to even assign us to squads. We only had like 10 people total in TS. It is everyone's job at TPG to encourage your teammates to join the TS server. Spam them! If someone isn't following orders or giving orders and they are squad leader voice this in all chat. An admin should see it and address the situation. Additionally if you are having trouble with those on your team who aren't in TS and they aren't following or giving orders post their name in the problem players section. We need to weed out those who can't hack it and if admins aren't in that squad it makes it harder to find them.
