might be taking the "show no mercy" a little too far. teams unbalanced problem
Now I'm all for a good rout in a FPS, don't get me wrong. But having a team lose, like, 7 matches in a row is crazy. Especially with admins on, and by like 200 points. Why does no one ever try to fix this? I was on the winning team tonight and got sick of the unbalanced, unfun games and switched over to the losing team. Why can't more of the regs police the server better and try to balance the teams? For a while it was 7 or 8 Colonels on one team (one with like 11 stars or something) against just one on the other with a bunch of lowbies. Thats and issue. Maybe not over one match it isn't, but over 4 maps it is. The other team was trying to tell me to rally the team and motivate them, make them work as team - but even as i was we were still getting beat down by 2 or 3 squads of skilled regs on the other team who were camping the main spawn after capping all 5 flags. How is this fun? Inexperienced players working together just won't beat Colonels working together. Why can't we create balanced teams to make interesting matches?

Any regs in that situation should know damn well better than to do that.
The thing for admins is, it's a lot more challenging to decide who will be switched. BF3 isn't like CSS where am admin can say "well this CT is 19 and 3 and CT's have been constantly winning so let's switch him (no offense to any CSS players or admins)"
For BF3 there is a lot more to it than that.
You can have someone 29 and 5 and they could be doing jack shit for their team. Someone could have 4k points in a round but that doesn't mean their good, it means they ran around a whole round with their paddles out and throwing medkits around.
Basically what I'm saying is, don't expect the admins to switch one or two guys over and suddenly expect the game to change. In BF3 it's not about personal skill, it's about communicating with your squad and team to take an objective. No communication = no win.-Golden Rule of Teamplay-No Communication = No Win

Dont expect admins to switch anyone based on skill. If your team is losing then you are a part of that problem and must figure out what is needed in order to win. Im not saying you lacked efforts or anything like that... but exactly how much did you express in the chat in regards to which points your squad was taking and what points other squads needed to push for?
We have all been through nights of endless onslaught and it sucks, but it is a part of the game and people need to adapt to different strategies in these sort of situations.

If your team is losing, just count how many d-bag snipers there are. "Highway whatever" we were getting our ass kicked, fighting just keep our first flag and I look back to see 4 snipers huddled together in our spawn.
I have nothing against sniping, atleast snipe from the flag cap range. Try using your Q key to spot all enemies you see before you start shooting at them.

Maybe it's just me, but I do prefer the challenge of playing on the losing team more than anything else (well, if the rest of your squad is playing togheter at least). You have to give all you have to make make any difference, or at least make in sort you lose by 150 tickets instead of 200...
(just my opinion)

Not so true. It's all in how the kit is played. In my squad if you want to play recons then you need to keep up. I want beacons in striking distance of the flag and I want visuals of enemy movement in my flag zone. I may even need you to push in so be ready for it.
