Do you think the server should switch to smaller map sizes?

TBH, i dont think it will matter. look at what bf2 servers still have population. what i see is 25 playable servers(serers located in teh USA), thats down like 25 from a month ago. and of those 25, 15 have pb off.

the full servers are basicly one to four map 24/7 quick spawn timer set ups.

He’s right, it won’t matter and it’s over. The business plan that started out with BF2 never evolved with the declining stats of the server and for all consideration, it’s dead. There are lessons to be learned from this tragedy.

If the 10-15 people that are posting in these topics got together with the 5-10 that normally play here, but are playing elsewhere, and all got on the server it would likely fill up. Just sayin'.

I want to play on the TPG server but as has been said, priming just ain't happening....and while I am happy to fly around in a jet to be cannon fodder for DeathGodUSMC the maps just aren't getting going. So perhaps we should switch to the smaller scale maps for a while...or just drop the server all together. I hate to say that as I too don't want to give up but the reality is that there aren't enough people on the server to make a game. I have ended up playing on the FART server and see a few familiar players from TPG...it isn't that we have deserted TPG, far from it. You just can't have a proper game with only 4-6 players.

Drop the double map rotation. Bring down the map size and see where it goes from there. People dont want to play a huge long map twice. Just do it once.

You voice matters here, we appreciate you'all feed back. This topic has been discussed with fellow admins about the up and downs of 32 player maps. We have now add 9, 32 player maps to the rotation. Once again thank you all for you input. See you on field and good hunting soldiers...
