    BLACK LOADING SCREEN OF DEATH

    anyone else having this issue between maps, it will just go to black loading screen then never load map.
    any suggestions?

    It does it to me all the time...just have to close and start over. None of the "fixes" I've found have worked. Seems to have been slightly better since the patch.

    I get a black screen only when Im loading the game for the first time a day. Second time I always get in.

    I did before this latest patch but for now it seems to have been fixed.

    Yep, look at the bottom left of your taskbar and click on the bf3 icon and the game should popup.

    I never experienced the black screen until after this latest patch. Now it happens a couple times a night.
