Thread: Fun with nades...

In case nobody has noticed I love tossing nades out onto unsuspecting bridges, tanks, etc. Nothing like preventing a bridge from being taken by tossing out a nade at the last moment before the bridge is taken. Not only do you get points for saving the bridge but hopefully take out a few enemy soldiers in the process. I'm able to capture enemy garand nades but damn that's hard to do.
Anyone else good at doing this? Its a real good strategy and if done right its very hard to defend against.

well i dont like tryin to throw nades back because if anybody is like me i hold my nades
i know Brolotto does too and hes the only one i really have trouble bout nades with

First of all, where did this come from? I din't even know you knew where we were and second of all, I agree that the use of the nades is really good. There are also a couple other uses, especially on kalt that are very useful.

So, when are you going to join up with us?

Nade skillz? I've been lucky a few times. Anyone been caught in Rickover 4-for-1 lately? D30? Perhaps at the Anzio Bridge?

I haven't found catching the nades to be very difficult but getting a good kill count on the return throw has been elusive

There is nothing better to see and watch what someone types after you kill them with the same nade they threw at you. I have laughed often when I see that happens.

Now what is really funny is watching the nade go near someone, have them look down and run after it but to no avail as they blast up to the sky. I know I have been caught doing that every once in awhile. I miss the groundball, go chase after it...and BOOM!

That's true seeing them run is hilarious. By the way, I did manage to get one kill in my hitting someone with a nade after I threw it at them and it hit them. They must of had 1-2% health left... lol

I haven't tried the pick their nade up strategy yet, I tend to favor the RUUUUUN tactic. Or the Hunt for the Red October, torpedoa tactic. But i have been doing more and more of picking up my own rifle nades, its slowly coming to me, but it really is either a last ditch effort thing, or a "i just got killed there and didn't see the guy move when i died" kinda thing so i just pick one up and toss it there.

Although i have been seeing this Slick guy around, and he is insanely quick with his M1 garrand, I would like to see some specs on him and see what others say, but heh what do i know.
