Setting up a basecamp

I want to set up a base camp. We should pick a server that everyone will be playing on all the time and set up camping tents for a base camp. It would make raiding cities and making rob's videos a lot more easier to do. We'd be able to store a lot of ammo and medical supplies as well as starting gear for new players. Any thoughts on what server we should do this on?

I was gonna do this on Dallas 26 but the tents were bugged out and wouldn't let me place any.

If we did it on Dallas 26 in a city like Tulga, close to most spawns and still off the path a bit. But it would be handy!

I think the wilderness is the best place. My last tent placement was in a pretty good area, but still got found out. I think in the woods it would be harder to spot.

I was figuring we put it in the woods near a city. Gonna be hard no matter what we do unless we put it in a top corner somewhere.

Pint and I set up a couple tents in the NE corner of the map on Dallas 28, these are temporary untill we find a permanent server we all want to play on. I'm trying to fill them up with scrap metal/jerry cans/engine parts/fuel tanks so that when we do decide on a server we can move it all and start repairing vehicles.

I've been thinking about this as well and I found a few possible spots on the map that would be good places both on location and elevation.

This is a small area north of almost everything. It's close enough to certain low traffic areas that we could mostly be sure that nobody would go into these areas. High elevation seems to be kind of a deterrent if it isn't overlooking anything important. The apex of those hills might work good as well as that valley behind the dam. That might be a little more out of the way but our stuff will likely be safe.

Also, as for servers, I haven't been on in about a week but from what I've experienced, Dallas 26 seems like the most common server that we all play on so that might be a good choice. Dallas 24 is pretty good as well.
