No i dont have those, i never tried the ARMA II multiplayer,just bought it for Day Z.
Do those two DLC have anything to add to the gameplay? Not some extra missions because i am not gona play those anyway!

They improve the textures in the game but do not add to the gameplay or mechanics of DayZ. For example, without them the player civilian clothes, camo, and ghillie suits are blurry with little detail but with the DLC's you get very detailed skins. I think it affects a few of the weapon skins to but am not for certain. If you want pretty, buy it otherwise use the $20 to buy a beer and a steak.

Well i just purchased both DLC's thru Steam and what a diference ,like night and day .
Graphics soooo much smoother and crisp,like a whole new game..now just to find some noob friendly server, all my deaths are from real players and none from zombies. Mofo's keep killing me for my misserable gear!

Does it actually play smoother? I'm still not 100% happy with my frame rate...

Not really, if anything it may slow loading down as the higher res textures take a bit more to load.

All I noticed was a cleaner looking player model, but nothing else.

old and new one,but yeah like Loki have said the loading times are much longer,and i get like 50-60fps now!

Hmmm i stumbled across new problems, does somebody knows what has been causing this?
I every server i get this kind of screen and it is almost impossible to play. I have updated the latest AMD drivers voor de GPU and tried almost everything,my cards are working perfectly fine in BF3, but in this game i get this almost every second.
