Try this: run into a group or get near people who need heals, then hit F to activate your healing pheromones ability.

Does anyone know about the suit certs? Are they active all at once or do you have to equip one to get the effects? If you have to equip them each separately, I have wasted a good deal of cert points

I believe they are an equip since you can actually equip them. Most folks I know go for the shield capacity... though I have a feeling there might be use for the nanoweave.

Pick a gun you like and get the laser, works very very well.

The turret can be set up dang near anywhere and lay down fire on points or defend them to keep the enemy at bay.

Being a driver of a vehicle is a good engi idea too as you can then repair your own vehicle.

The one thing I wish more engie's would do is put bouncing betty's in the shield gen areas, it's a hundred xp and gives a heads up that someones in that room.

Unlocking stuff is more difficult for HA. Your NanoWeave armor takes up the same slot as extra Ammo for Rocket Launcher, so you have to decide if you want more rockets then Nanoweave. Generally, I run Nanoweave armor. But the cool thing about HA is that they get three types of over shields you can unlock. Your regular Nanite shield, which is what you start out with. Then there's adrenaline shield, which recharges each kill you get. And then there's the shield that I currently run, which doesn't stop damage, but mitigates it. I use this one because it lasts longer under fire then the Nanite shield, and I've noticed my longevity increase with it on more then any other over shield, so I love it.

I use the EM-1 LMG. It's got double the clip size of default LMG, a high rate of fire that destroys in close range, and a fast reload speed. Downsides is that its recoil is a bitch without the compensator, and the iron sights isn't very clear.

Crow rocks, period. Only things I don't like about it is that the Lockon is buggy, where you'll get Bullet Drop if your target is not moving, making you miss sometimes.
That's where a good squad leader and squad balance comes into play , trust in the engie to keep chunking that ammo out there.

The first one I asked said he would answer my questions, but I posed him one and he still hasn't gotten back to me. Been about a week with no answer. So, kind of, but I still haven't gotten any answers.

I am interested in the Engi class. Can you explain what you mean by this? I know Engi has a deployable ammo station. Is there more to it than just deploying and walking away? (Same for the deployable turret, I cant figure out if it is a maned turret or an AI controlled one)

Yes throw it out there and the turret is maned but these are abilities of the class and can be used as needed without resupply the one strange thing I've noticed is you only get xp for supplying your squad mates.

Correction: I think you do have to resupply your ammo or upgrade the amount you can carry.

Yea the ammo boxes are little grey boxes you drop on the ground like BF3 only a smaller box. The turrets can be upgraded too and comes with a blast shield. They can put down some heavy fire. Think of it like the .50 cal from jeeps in BF. But are also easy to spot because of the light put off by the shield. People like to set them up in spawn rooms after they have lost a base so they can pick up extra kills. I've seen a single man hold up a group of 15 people because no one had the means to get around and take him out.
