IP Ban?

So currently I am unable to connect to the TPG servers. They dont show up in the in-game server browser and when I try to manually connect to them using "open IP

ort", I get the following:

Your ip address has been banned from the current game session

Obviously this cant be the case. For Christ's sake, I have access to the server and temporarily removed all the bans that were in the server and still got this message. Anyone know whats going on here? Is it possible thats the message that pops up when the server is full for some reason?

I noticed your id was in the ban list the other day when trying to translate UDK to steam. Thought you banned yourself by accident. I believe it was the top one.

Ahhhh I bet you it saves the banned list for the length of the round and then reloads from the ini file after map change... OK Ill have to try again later.

How were you able to figure out the IDs?
