I don't have a pic of it yet.. but I use a perfect sized rock which is small enough to fit on the key and heavy enough to keep it pressed down.
Comes in handy on long excursions and I have to take a dump or take a cig break.
Lol, this is funny though - I thought I was the only one who did this. I like Max's idea with the multi tool... Hmmm, I have one in my drawer.

Hah. Everyone asks about that. No. I play with my mechanical keyboard. I only use the controller for long distance driving or long distance running (I use a joystick for flight) to avoid upsetting my carpal tunnel. My desk has a lip that my wrist sits on when I'm on WASD and holding my mouse, and it makes my carpal tunnel pretty bad if I do so for prolonged periods, such as when playing DayZ.
