well for the sake of full disclosure i was not present and am not trying to throw war or merit under the bus....but that was the info given to me by a party who was present for it. Hopefully this will all be cleared up and no fault will be found but if someone is making allegations in the forums about it it needs to be looked into. (as I know the admins will do)

Sick of posting about hacks/cheating as i was.When i posted that thread few months ago i was targeting the one player who helped us find an invisible ammo crate on US238 last year and was spoting wehicles,gear and players from few clicks away.And alway's knew where everything was on the map.
Because those things are not easy to discover by the higher admins i felt that somebody had to let him know that we(I) was suspecting him of a foul play.

However ..Last night we were all in TS same channel ,Smoken drops out with a fair warning that he is not going to hunt any of us in one hour . fair warning.
By that time i told everybody where i was and that i was repairing a chopper at Arnoldstein and also asked for a help with the parts i needed.And i told them that only thing i needed was one more glass
All of of a sudden i was taking fire from a player Z who dropped down a channel 20 minutes ago which i killed,and i knew he was not alone there.
Player X joins our channel telling me that i don't have to worry about it because he knew where i was and he was not going to engage.

One minute later i was shot by him.

I was together in TS with:

I am not raging about the gear,it is all just pixels to me as i was handing gear over to everybody.
i dont mind being killed ,it is just the way it happened.

I was helping new players from day one, with handing out a high value gear,wehicles,backpacks etz etz to new players on the server with just one thought behind it. Help them gear up and hoping that they would stick to the server and increase the server population.

Maybe i was missunderstood.

English is not my native so excuse me if the wall of text can't be understood by anyone as i am not good at writing.

Lock thread and or delete,do as you see it fit.

He clearly played the server enough where he was able to observe, and maybe even overheard some things in the TS, and feels they are complete bullshit BUT he is not about to call anyone out by name and stir up that rats nest.

All I'm saying is, from an outside perspective, something looks like it needs to be addressed.

Blonde, I never said a thing about stern admins. I said size. Factually, other than the CS tournament that looks to be doing well, this community is visibly less active than it used to be.

Ghosting has been reported twice. The first one resulted in a ban. Your all over it though.

Here's how it went down.

I joined up on the server. Hopped down into a channel by myself. Very shortly after Merrit Joined me.

He asked where I was and where I was heading. Since I was a fresh spawn I was heading north west to the barracks at Arnold. Freshly spawned at the racetrack I began looting waiting for merrit to get to me. I was rummaging around for about 20 minutes until merrit joined up with me. I led, as we continued westward to the barracks at Arnold. We had a minor engagement at Seznatoka and Merritt killed some random guy at those barracks. About 45 minutes after I got on we arrived at the eastern side of Arnold. It was then when I told merritt that there were spawns close to the hangars. Me knowing that Max blew the chopper up in the barracks told merritt that there is most likely a chopper in there that someone is fixing up. Heading down closer to the hangars along the tree line I spot some aggro. I run down behind the TEC building on the west side and see someone in a ghillie. Merrit has overwatch at this point. I run down behind the factory, see the ghillie, shoot with a shitty weapon. I hit him several times before he turned around and out gunned me.

About 10 minutes later Merritt see's him run out and shoots him. No big deal right... We stayed in the region waiting for demonik to catch up to us as the chopper has us pretty much pinned down. We wait about 20-30 minutes and bam, someone else shows up. Turns out it was killbox again. Merrit takes the first shot, I take the second one which breaks his leg. I continue taking pot shots at his head from about 200m with a cco sd and he eventually croaks.

Keep in mind that this all went down at least an hour after merrit was bsing in their channel. Merritt also stated that when he left "I'm going down there with war and I don't know where any of you guys are". As far as I know, Merritt only knew that you all were repairing a chopper and the fact is that I decided to go to Arnold before anyone even joined my channel.

The bottom line here is that I was heading to Arnold regardless of whether or not someone joined my channel.

I'm the one who shot you behind the factory, and I was never in your channel. Also this took place at least an hour after I joined, not 20 minutes.

The only reason I knew it was you is because your name popped up as I shot you. It didn't matter who was there, they were getting shot at regardless.

I can with 99% certainty attest that War went directly to a different TS channel. Saw his name pop up via the log in, in-game notification, and saw him in a diff TS channel. Like to chat with him when the occaision arises.

As for Merritt, there were a number of folks in at various times. KB was definitely letting everyone know in Alpha channel that he was reparing a chopper at Arnoldstein. Whether Merritt heard that when he was in Alpha channel, I really can't say. Whether Merritt said he didn't know where anyone was and was going to a seprate channel as hostile, I really can't say. He might very well have, but the only one that really stuck with me was Smokens statement cause he was so deliberate and vocal about it. Merritt and War were in a separate TS channel for at -least- 30 minutes. Could very well have been an hour or more.

After getting shot up by War, but killing War in the fracas and surviving, KB was going on about ghosting to the Alpha channel guys. He was pissed. Somebody must have gone down to War/Merritt's channel, because within a minute Merritt came to Alpha channel. He was livid that he was being accused of ghosting. Said he would never do anything like that. Said that he would never tell War where KB was. Said War had no idea where KB was; had joined and was gearing up when he ran across KB. KB backed off a bit. Merritt left the channel.

Within a very short time Merritt killed KB.

That's what I recall. There were others in alpha channel during the time, but like me, were busy dodging zombies and/or flying. Accordingly, take my recollection of timelines, and what was said both in TS and sidechat, with a grain of salt.

My recollection of events, with my best estimate for time passed between events:

I hopped on TS while joining the game and joined a channel with Killbox, SmokenSheriff, Merritt, Dread, and I believe Raith. Warprosper (War) was not in the channel when I joined, he was in his own channel. Sheriff and Merritt were discussing the previous night's engagement, but Killbox (KB) was making it obvious that he was frustrated in his efforts to find one more MROT and glass for the chopper he was repairing at Arnoldstein. Whether or not Merritt knew he was at Arnoldstein is unclear to me, but he did know he was repairing a chopper. I knew within minutes of joining the channel where he was however.

Not long after, approximately 5-10 minutes after I joined, Sheriff and Merritt left channels to different channels. Merritt joined a channel with War, I can't recall what channel Sherriff joined. I told KB I had a spare MROT that I would give to him. I flew to Arnoldstein, and KB unloaded the MROT from my chopper. That took approximately 10 minutes. I then saw a crashed chopper on the NW coast and had enough time to check it, circle the NW mountains, and fly down South to pick up Dread, where we engaged a freshie that fired on us when I came in to pick him up. I mention these events to give a sense of time that had passed. Approximately 40-45 minutes had passed since Merrit left channel to the best of my recollection.

We then see the damage notification pop up that War had hit KB, but KB survived, returned fire and killed War. KB was audibly angry, as Merritt was in channel with War and KB believed that Merritt had let War know where he was. I can't attest to that, I am just relaying KB's belief. I flew up to the AF at Arnoldstein and made a quick pass. Sheriff asked in Side Chat if KB still needed glass, and KB replied a heated response. Can't recall his exact wording but logs should show it.

After KB's response to Sheriff, Merritt joined channel with us. He said that he would not have told War where he was, that he isn't that kind of guy. He said he saw a chopper at Kleinfort and assumed that was the chopper KB was trying to repair. KB was heated, which caused Merritt to get heated as well momentarily but they both calmed and Merritt left channel.

No more than 5 minutes, passed before damage popped up again saying KB was being hit by Merritt. KB was still at the AF, next to the hangar with the chopper. Merritt delivered the killing blow.

I believe all parties in the TS channel were confused as to why Merritt would engage and kill KB after the conversation he and KB just had in our TS channel. I do believe Merritt did not relay KB's position to War, but he did know he was repairing a chopper. Did Merritt have the responsibility to remove himself from the situation since he definitely knew KB's location after War's death and confirmed he was with War when he was engaged? Or had enough time passed since he left channel? Its a definite gray area and probably deserves some admin attention and response.

I don't think there was any ghosting intent on Merritt's part but my personal opinion is that he should not have engaged KB after War's death and the subsequent TS channel discussion.
