    Sony TOS Lawsuit

    Sony sued over an attempt to keep its customers from suing | Tecca

    Looks like the "You cant sue us" clause in the TOS for Xbox Live, Sony Playstation Network, and EA Orgins is under fire. Hopefully that crap will get removed. 95% of people who own one of these (with the exception of Orgin) bought it before the clause was added. No ones going to opt out and loose their system.
