Hmm, I think this will be the first NFS I will actually pick up since that CRAPPY ass Carbon POS. Releases this week.

Personally, I quite enjoyed Most Wanted and still play it every so Often, but me and my dad still have a blast booting up the PS2 and playing a couple rounds of Hot Pursuit 2.

most wanted i though was pretty meh. Its great at first, but then you start realizing its basically just do the same thing 1000x over.

Still personally my favorite of the newer ones was Underground 2

Overall it was Hot Pursuit

Any one played it yet? any reviews?

I know IGN gave it a high review but i don't always trust those professional review sites (being some of the bullshit reviews they'll make)

Insider Scoop: IronStomach is makin' one.
Yeah, the "professional" review sites are pretty pathetic because they only make the reviewer play 5 or so hours, they don't actually have to finish the game. Here at TTP, we are forcing our reviewers to finish the game, and not on "Easy" either.

I've got the PSP version (the better to play on the bus! Also I don't have a PS3.), thus far it's pretty dopesauce. Obviously, it's more limited on a mobile platform than its bigger cousin, but it's a very polished game that lets you drive fast with a lot of wicked cars, and the physics engine is sufficiently advanced that you can't just hold down the accelerator and jam the engine brake to turn. Granted, it's also a liiittle bit unforgiving at times; I did the same race literally 8 times in a row, each time getting within .4 seconds or so of the first place record, before I beat it. But it is still fun, and I'd probably put in the time to beat it even if I weren't writing the review.

I also hate drifting events.
