Thread: GT5 to have every car in the world?

I call bullshit.

The next edition in the Gran Turismo line was announced at the 2006 Electronic Entertainment Expo, at which time the developers claimed they had already been working on it for four years in an effort to include every car in the world.

I call bullshit too, Some cars are just so rare it isn't possible.

They are trying to get every car in the world in the game, but TRY does not equal WILL.


Still GT5 has a better chance to have a rare car then Forza will.

I can't wait to race my 85 GMC S-15 or my '92 Honda Accord 4-door in Champagne brown.

I will buy whatever console the new GranTourismo is released on......LOVE that series. Best racing games ever made.

I wonder if this will be PS3 exclusive?

I doubt the GranTurismo series will ever not be PlayStation exclusive.

first they said 'every' then they said 'over 1000' I think its now around 850...

Its still a crazy number of cars. Ill be disappointed if they dont get a good damage model in though.

so even a SMART car is going to be in there? A prius? Prius racing?

BD, that would actually work. Several members of my family regularly participate in Prius endurance races to see who can go the longest without filling up but still living a normal life.
