this is a no brainer purchase. just saw though that they are losing the cross platform functionality. Something about it being too long winded to write the code. Damn there goes any hope of shutting up the console fan boys that fps games are meant for console play. Would have LOVED to show them chumps whats up.

There's no got dang way I'd skip this game up. I might just wait until December when I upgrade to a new PC. (this bad boy: Decimator | Store | PC Laptops | Utah and Nevada Computers and Repair)

Definitely gonna buy this one... even though i'm still waiting for beta access..
Either way I like Counter Strike enough to buy it.
Now if they add an obscenity such as an in game store, then it will be more difficult for me to buy.
The beauty of games like Counter Strike and Day of Defeat is that nothing is hidden, pick it up and play.Last edited by Bane; 06-11-12 at 03:36 PM.

Come on, gnarly customized CS helmets for in-game you can purchase at the Steam store? Lol.
It's totally worth the $15, I think they were restricted because it's going to be a direct-to-download for console and nothing in those stores is over $20. Plus, if you think about it, they aren't paying for the development of a new engine, or the concepts of a new game, it's essentially a revamp with some level of recoding. I think once we are all on CS:GO we will realize it's quite the improvement. I am oh so excited to have a 10 man T side Molotov spam in TPG.
