Well our community is basically split down the middle on this one so I see the new updates as a good compromise. First impressions of the changes tonight were great although I didn't get to play T side much. May have to poll again in a couple of weeks to see if any flame haters become pyros after the changes.
Did I say that or was I just thinking it?

BTW CS was never meant to be a combat simulator. If that were the case my scope would not make loud noises through 3 walls when i looked down it, shooting someone in the nutz would down them instantly, anyone within 10 ft of a grenade would instantly be killed, and I would not be able to throw a flash bang 250 yards. It is all about adding balance and playability to the game. And if you are concerned about realism you should be happy they took the lag away when you run through fire, because the lag was very unrealistic. I know if the floor beneath my feet suddenly went up in flames I would run faster than Forest Gump to get out of it.
Did I say that or was I just thinking it?

I know it was never meant to be a combat simulator thats not what i was getting it, im pointing out the fact of how absolutely ridiculous this update is.
