I found some old CS1.6 movies I had made back in the day. Figured they deserved a home on the web as back in the day, you uploaded videos & then downloaded them back when dinosaurs roamed the earth . . .

Back when burst fire glock was boss, and nades looked like footballs! I actually prefer the old sniper crosshair to what it is now.

My apologies if off-topic or not relevant, as I don't quite understand the meaning of this thread/topic -

I remember back in a couple past clans I was in, there were random snippits that were recorded/post on youtube. One such video was on a Jail server (jailbreak server - perhaps I'll post a Guide on what it is/how to play it sometime later for those of whom don't know it) we had, and managed to get a large group of people to do the ChaCha Slide. >.< Fun, Funny times. :P

The sound is coming from me holding my headset' microphone to the earbuds of my headset, hence the echo of the AWP shot. As for the screen-shakes, those are most likely the suicide-bomb mod used back then, I believe known as the "Jihad Mod" or something of the sort. If you had enough money and were on T-side, you could buy a small bomb (I believe it was 11k - however small bombs for some reason were bugged and didn't work) or a large bomb, which were 16k and had a rather large radius.

IIRC we beat them 13-11 on train a couple weeks prior to this, and ended up losing two weeks after this to the eventual champs..Fever.

Ahhhhh old school. I didn't know CS:S also had 24 round matches for a time, I don't even remember when the switch was made.

One thing I am nostalgic about in 1.6 was the old T save rounds. You used to get more money by saving on eco rounds if your teammates survived rather than attacking and dying. This led to all sorts of creative stacks and boosting in order to hide T's from CT's. It was also really quite dumb for game play, so they changed it.

Balcony in T spawn on inferno was a popular spot, as were arches in T spawn on dust2. Fun times. I'll make a Flashback Sunday contribution: the first CS video I really enjoyed watching.
