Yes it still works. I think people are just trying to hide the fact that its still active to prevent users from abusing it.

The only time it isnt is when you have an ammo pile right next to you. Still its pretty sad.

Even then it takes like 5 seconds to get it ready, hell if anything it's more detrimental than anything.

As far as I can tell, it would only ever really be somewhat useful while waiting for the elevator, camping behind the gurney (where the ammo is and where everyone melee spams the corner), but if you had to use it to survive that, you don't really need to be playing the game. ^_^

I think it's just a silly exploit. Until I hear about someone dominating in vs. with it, to the point of annoying, who cares? -_o?
