Does anyone else want this off the server. I know its a fun map and I like it. But for the love of god, it lags the fuck outta everyones comps. I got a e6420, 680i, 2 gigs of XMS2 corsair pc6400, and one 8800 GTX. And i know for a fact that others have better comps, and it lags theirs. If anyone else wants it off post here please.

yea, i agree, it's a fun map, when there are only a small amount of players on.
Although, once it fills up with regs(chateau is good at that) it lags horribly.

i like chateau, as long as we have a good team its fun to take the Ts to victory. i am more against militia and prodigy. but they are all three "connection killers" with a bunch of non-regs on

I am talking more about the lag aspect of it sacred, but i bet alot of the regs when that first nade spam in mid knocks out all those physics props basically stops the server, you will see a few regs and non regs leave pretty quickly after that.

On a side note, i wonder if there is a de_chateau out there that doesn't have so many physics stuff and movable objects in it. That could be a viable option.

even when those 4 nades come flying through mid and you are sitting in mid? Man I can't count the times i am runnign to be and i hear *tink*tink*tink* and i go "oh shit, here comes the lag" and then in a massive display of side show glory, i ket killed by something that would reside in a slide show of some 3 grade class. its really fun.

While I do feel you that it can be laggy at times - it is still a great map and fun to play. I guess I'm so burnt out on italy and office that anything new I like

i don't understand why it should be REMOVED from the rotation. if you don't like it, just don't vote for it? it's always good to have the option open incase once in awhile you wanna play chateau. i personally love the map.
