Thread: New Maps on Main Server

Hey guys, just curious - but I think it would add a lot of enjoyment having some of the really good maps that are not currently a part of the normal rotation on the main server. I know a lot of people get burned out on italy, d2, aztec, office, cbble, nuke, etc...

Here are a few maps that would be a great addition IMHO-

de_cpl_mill
de_contra
de_lost something or other can't remember name
de_season
de_cpl_fire

They may already be a part of the rotation but I did not see them on the listmaps function. Could we perhaps get enough people to vote and add them? I know we put a vote out on Season, but didn't really get a lot of participation.

Most of the maps you've listed there have been played on the server at one time or another.

My advise to you would be any time you want to see one of these maps get a fair vote would be to ask the admin for a "custom map vote" and specifically ask for a map you want to play be included in the vote.

Your map may not win the vote... but one of the other less played or custom maps will...

In the end the majority rules, but you still get something "fresh" that's not overplayed.

Ya after the server move i dont recall seeing the cal-cevo maps in the votemap list anymore
