Oh. What's with the leaving because "The leader wont start the game" or "There is too many infected" and the "leader asks you a question if they want to do 1v1?"

Its possible he is away. Kids are not patient these days.
These kids are likely immature and you dont want to be playing with them in the first place.
Some kids dont want to do this. If they leave BECAUSE they are asked, then they should hve waited for others to join, but if they say no, they might get kicked.

i don't kick players if they say no, I only kick if they are name-calling and insulting.

I can undertsand that some players get frustrated when trying to fill up a certain lobby and it doesn't fill.
I have that problem with Swamp Fever all the time. Its my favorite VS map and its the least popular. Especially in REAL vs.
But if you are gonna switch the map at least ask everyone 1st if they care or not. That way it won't be such a shock if players leave when you start the game. Because some players choose ANY map when selecting a game and some players choose a certain map.!!!WiCkEd VOooOdooooO TerRrroRR!!!

My two cents. When i want to play Dark Carnival, i want to stay on THAT map...i don't want to play The Parish, why do people think i voted No for?. If the vote's passed, i leave because i shouldn't have to stay in the game if someone decides to "hijack" the lobby i've started.
Also, i usually invite friends and whatever spaces left i leave to randoms, if my friends leave and go offline...i leave to do something else.

I hate it when people bait-and-switch. What I hate more is the in-game, "We're losing, change the campaign!" or, "We're losing, return to lobby!" crap that too many try to pull on us. It's essentially organized ragequitting, and I don't like that.

What I do hate about joining random lobbies is that whenever you join you are almost garanteed to be in a team with either No Micers or Guests...
I wanted you to know, that by reading this signature you have wasted approximately 6.235 seconds of your life.

Another no-micer hater I see. At least I know to avoid you.
I will leave the lobby if there is a full infected team and I am the only survivor, and the lobby leader starts the game immediately. I don't know why people like that try to put me against a full team when they could wait a few minutes for the lobby to fill up.
I also leave the lobby if it is full of people with mics (7 mics, just me without), because I will be subject to name calling, abuse and kicking.
Now why do these things make me a noob or a bad player? I don't want to start the game by myself against a full team, when the lobby leader could wait until the lobby is near full or full. Also XBL is full of no-micer haters. I don't use a mic, I have won or done a good job on plenty of games without one. I have never been kicked from the middle of a game due to my performance due to me not having a mic.
There are outlines around your teammates. I can see you through the wall, I don't need someone to scream at me "I'm pinned!". Chances are I am heading right towards them. If I am not moving I am stopped by a horde. Also I have on full captions, as soon as I see "HELP! HELP!" or "Smoker attacks, Boomer attacks", I do a full turn to look at the three outlines of my teammates. Then I go straight to the source of the problem.
