You can get it without xbox live but if you do that you'll have to be connected to live to play it, which makes the whole thing pointless.

Take the Xbox to a friends house with a stable broadband connection and download the DLC there. It takes about 5 minutes or so including all the updates you'll need.

What is a GOtY? I have a 3G connect card which is a little faster than dial-up(but not much) and a 5 Gig a month download limit which is why I didn't download it with that. Also I don't have any freinds with broadband

, and the only person I know with it is my Step grandparents(my step dads parents) And they wont take me to their house. Even though I have been asking for weeks.
