Re: Stackage
no one likes to lose, and playing 10 v 10 against a team with 4-6 killers is a tall order. but its not impossible, and some of the best times i have losing is when i am playing a really good team, with a bunch of noobs, and a few key regs, and hold my ground against a really good team.

Re: Stackage
pff, last night killers and tCz were all on the same team and ct's still ended up with a tie.

Re: Stackage
and it was that much more sweet to be against them, and not that i care but your stats are WAY better improved when you are killing tCz and Killer players.

Re: Stackage
Personally I agree with Alpine about being on the losing team, although my reasons are a bit different. Being new to CS, lets be honest, in some areas I suck. Some days i do alright (think i actually broke 50 kills in a map earlier this week) and some days i suck horribly. One of the things I like when i am fighting against a team full of clan members, regardless of clan, is that i get to see how they work together and beat me. It also helps me improve my game that much faster. You have to either step up or sit down when it comes to these games. I prefer to step up and appreciate the chance to play against stacked teams. Back in Unreal (played the Infiltration mod which is a lot like CS for 10 years) I used to request me vs everyone maps just so i could get better that much quicker. Granted, in Unreal you could do a 1v10 and win the map if you're any good and while I've noticed a few 5-6 kill rounds for people, i don't think anyone stands a chance 1v10 in CS.
Bottom line, bring on the stacked teams, you'll just be helping me get good enough to pwn you.

Dang, I missed out on the fun! Sometimes all you can do when you're playing against a talent-heavy team is to try for goals like being the last on your team to die (while trying to complete the objective, of course) or to get the most kills on your team.
I did see a funny comment on the server a few weeks ago when mostly regs were on CT while playing Dust.. A guy on T called it "Texas Team Stackers".. lol..

Re: Stackage
I know bigdog wants clans to be together. Its good for teamplay, we know how the others think. I was on the t side with all the killers at 1st. After i saw the teams complain about teams for the 5th round in a row and no one was switch, I changed teams at this point it was 11-1 it wasnt when Syrringe he came in 4-5 rounds after that. Again i understand that clans should play together but at a time like that, after all the complaints someone on the t side should have been switched b4 i moved myself over there. 4 of the top 5 players on t side were the killers and i was the 4th leader. How come when the server switchs a killer to the other team an admin moves them back before the next round even starts. Not only that but they dont move another guy to our team. Now Vafa did say he was sorry that night when mafia and him were playing (vafa got switched to the cts on pira and moved back to be with mafia) I wouldnt mind it so much if someone gets switched thats in the top 2-4 on the wining team. Now I used the killers but thats cuz ive seen it happen a few times with you all im sure the other clans do it too. Again clans should be together and at a time like Money is talking about maybe a vote to switch the top 4 players on each team to the other or something like that. Make it some way to keep you all together and help all the complaints about team stacking.
Sorry if it seems im calling you all out guys.

Re: Stackage
Why should players switch? Why dont you just start using some teamplay and come up with a few plans to counter the winning teams tactics? Syrringe seemed to get it, didn't bitch, and turned the game around without people needing to switch...

Re: Stackage
It wasnt so much syrringe saying anything... He was only there WITH his mic for maybe 2 or 3 rounds. He then had to turn it off. It was the fact that the 7 or 8 fresh noobs we had on our team finally got their heads outa their asses and starting killing some peeps.
I dont really care if there was 4 killers and 4 tcz and 3 other clan members on one team vs two or three regs or clan members.
Next time you join a server and see that the cts are getting their asses handed to em maybe just think for a second that I should join that team and not the team that is already up 13-2.

Re: Stackage
I agree. If you join in and one team is dominating, sure, help out the other team. The regulars to noob ratio was the same though on both sides and most of the people in that game were there from the previous map.
