Saturday Night Fight Maps?

The only point I was trying to make is that was a terrible spot to try and camp to wait out the tank. There are so many spawn points right there for SIs.

The survivors had multiple options: Kill the other three and run by the tank, very doable with fire and/or pipebombs. As long as no one got slowed down the tank would have never caught them. The vital things for that strategy are dodging the tank when he attempts to block, not getting slowed down by stray zombies/SIs, and covering that ground before the other 3 SIs enter spawn mode again. It would have been close but it was doable.

The second strategy is to run backwards and wait out the control meter, or camp the bridge and force the tank to line up for you. Sure you can get 25'ed on the bridge, but that shouldn't ever happen if the survivors can aim. There are smoker instant kills in the area but that's true for the entire map. There aren't many good places for the boomer, and the few that are there are easy to spawn block.

The _only_ reason I can think of for them fighting them by that car is they were afraid of getting punted off of the map and expected the tank to rush in. It should have been obvious that he wasn't going to rush in and get raped after about 15 seconds though.

I don't know to me it just seems the survivors got confused and didn't know what the hell to do. I don't care if they are good..I'm good, I play with good people, but when we disagree on what to do bad things happen to us.

This video isn't a case of a great tank, I fight tanks like that all the time. This video is more of an example of survivors facing a good tank and not having the best plan to deal with it. Basically it is an example of what you don't do when there is a "killa tank" hiding in the woods.

I'm not sure what to say...The people on survivors are some of the best players in l4d2 current state. Killatoy has won numerous tournys in L4D1 & 2. He played a smart tank, sometimes if you rush in like you are saying he should have done voodoo, if your SI dont land, you take a ton of chip and you may just have to keep the tank in alone, without your support. Playing rock tank here was appropriate. Survivors pushed outside every time the Infected spawns were up, so that Killatoy could not rush in and trap them in that small area. Killa's teammates did good enough distraction for him to land rocks and to keep rage. This was a well played tank along with great team work.

I'm not sure what you have against killa, voodoo.

I don't have anything against killa. Just got an opinion about his vids. This thread reads as "A WIld KIlla Tank Appears"...Yet the tank never really appears.

Second theres NO SUCH THING as ''BEST PLAYERS".. ANd i really don't care about Killas small tourneys.

Of course if you're in a small league of teams that play each other you can say they where the best team in the league at that time. But thats it...That shit don't fly outside of it.

Then you can spend the next year blowing smoke up each others ass's about which team is the best from which season... Just like the some of the former ass hat gb players do..lmao.

Bottom line is the survivors played like CRAAAAAAAAP. Best team ever my tender fuzzy ass.

And the tank played like a PUSSSSSSy... I don't care if you think its smart. I would have tossed thier salads on the spot. Bottom line..

People need to understand that NOT trying to punch with a tank is against the spirit of the game... I don't care if anyone agrees with me. Thats my opnion. When the time is right you make your move and rip shit up. Sure if the survivor post up in a good spot and force you to toss rocks that one thing. But this BH1,...lol. Theres no excuse.

Besides killa was to far away to help any SI if the right time came so i think its a poorly played tank. The survivors made poor choices which took themselves out..

Wild Killa Tank Appears, nooo. More like Drunk Ass Survivors Take a Stroll in a Hail Storm.

Lord Knows if i posted a vid under "Wild Killer Tank Appears" in the same situtation it would have lived up to its title. I would have been punching the hell out of them, dropping flying elbows from up top and dry humping and punching an incapped Zoey right in the middle of the tank fight infront of everybody.

Maybe even while crouched...Just for the added dramatic and visual effect..

Not too long ago now I took on Oh billy and a few of his other GB mates, and I believe they were quite high on the GB ladder; when I say quite high I mean not far from the top, at least when I checked. The result? We wasted him and his buddies so badly they ragequit before the finale. And I'm not even that good.

I've met pubs who'd give any GB or "league" member a run for their money.

This game is 50% luck and 50% skill, which means anything can happen.

Funny i had the same thing happen to me with the team you described. Rage quit in a close game after I got a fast random tank spawn on DA4, stopped them and took the lead as survivors next turn. Winning/losing is no big thing, some players take it too personally.

But doggystyle come from behind comebacks are why I always tell the AI director how much i luv her...lol.

I've been a part of many top GB teams rage quitting when losing or a game decided by one round that i lost. They never stay till the end if a loss is comming even if its a close game. And their only comment usually is 'Get your team and play us'...lmao.,,,DUH!!!

Of course some assholes make excuses and want names, if you give them names they then flip it around and start talking shit about that team sucks, and this teams better. And this season had better teams or last season had better teams or some players are getting a free ride... and BLAH BLAH BLAH.

Whatever..lol. Us pub players don't give a shit...:waves:

Only thing i care about is a fun close game. I always stay and take my beatings when they come. I just ask the same of everyone else and i really don't care about their shitty win/loss record from a league i don't play in.

Killatoy posted his video here for people to watch and give thoughts and/or criticisms about. That's all Vooodu did.
