As for crouch shooting and strafe shooting:

There are three things that really affect accuracy and recoil: shots fired, stance, and movement.

Shots fired is easy. Burst fire to maintain accuracy. The length of 'burst' you can pull off varies with each gun. For example, an mp5 can empty half it's clip before it gets really hard to handle while an AK gets a bit squirrely after only 3 shots or so.

Crouching increases accuracy/decreases recoil, especially for long guns. This is always useful, but there is a problem. When you crouch, your head hitbox suddenly becomes your chest hitbox. You will get popped, and you most likely will die a lot faster.

Instead of crouching, learn to master your intertia. You'll notice that when you run in one direction and stop, you don't stop immediately. You kind of slide to a stop. You have inertia in CS. Moving screws with your accuracy, so your best bet is to shoot when your inertia is zero. Note: I did not say 'shoot while standing still.' That's the trick with strafe shooting. If you strafe one direction, then change strafe and go the other direction, there is a point where your inertia is zero. The engine sees you as 'not moving' when you fire, so you're still accurate. This means you can peek around corner, switch directions, pop off a deadly accurate shot, then get back behind cover. It takes a lot more practice to get the timing down than crouching, but you are much safer and more mobile.

Ya if you want, when I was new I didn't want the bomb because I felt like I messed things up to much. So if you really do want to give away the bomb hit 5 and click which will bring out the bomb then hit G which will drop the bomb on the ground so someone else can pick it up. Also if you don't have one, get a mic so you can tell us you're dumping the bomb so that another teammate will know to pick it up.
