Sacrificing your team to get a knife . . .
. . . needs to stop. I don't mind so much in gun game, where things are more laid back, but in the reg/top 5, your team mates are more important then getting a knife. Letting 2-3 people die at short A on D2 while you come around to get a shank, is not helping your team. This has happened to me several times over the past, and I'm not calling anyone out . . . but help your team, even if it is bunni.

I admit to this..once on Cbble I was right outside middle doors, and Willy Spanks was sniping in, and Pineapple made it though, shot Willy, but I shanked him in the back. I realized what I did was wrong and I typically don't use the knife unless its 1v1 and all I have is a scout. Like yesterday..god that was a phail. Knife VS tmp, knife does 65, tmp wins. ((

It's the same in all games, and tends to piss me off more than anything which is why I usually don't knife that much. If it is going to cost my teammates their lives it is not worth it, regardless of what game it is in. I've done it before and usually don't feel too great when I do and someone on my team dies when I know I could have killed the enemy sooner and saved them.

Nothin gets at me more in the game of CS than that. It is the most selfish play you can make. What especially pissed me off is when your teammate being chased by someone trying to blow them away and the teammate behind him see's that as an opportunity to bait his own teammate to get the knife.
