Guns that should be in L4D
This is a thread for weapons that should be added to l4d 1,2 or 3. Just state what gun and put the stats.

Name: Barrett 50. Caliber.
Damage: 150 per shot.
Clip: 10 bullets.
Range: long
Accuracy: 85%
Category: sniper
Damage per clip: 1500
Reload time: 2 seconds
Etc. Has a scope, takes 3 clips to kill a tank (much like the sniper in L4D2 which has 30 in a clip). Recoil is strong but not strong enough to impede your accuracy.

Reload time: 2 seconds
Etc. It has a silencer, recoil is reduced due to silencer increasing accuracy.
Takes about 4 clips to kill a tank if most bullets hit.

Only issues I would have would be the 50 and the 203. The 50 is not really a shoulder rifle. And the distances that we play at wouldn't call for a 50BMG round. The G3 sniper is plenty good. The hunting rifle (mini 14) as well. Anything much more than that is overkill for overkill's sake.
And the 203's radius of 50 feet might be a bit much. Being able to mount it as an attachment on the AR, AK, or scar though would be interesting. It would, just by the nature of how they have weapons set up, have to take your melee/pistol slot though. Not sure if I would want to lose my secondary weapon for it.
Other than that... I like.

There are so many melee weapons that could be added:
Name: shovel
Category: melee weapon
Range, arc, and speed: equal to that of the fire axe

Name: tree limbs
Category: melee weapon
Range, arc, and speed: equal to the Baseball Bat.

Name: Cover for the back of a toilet(can't remember the name)
Category: melee weapon
Range: between frying pan and bat
Arc: wide
Speed: equal to frying pan.

Chemical Thrower
Category: With Chainsaw, or attachment
Effect: pull out like a chainsaw(rev, load, etc.), "throws" chemicals like acid, CO2, etc.
Range: 15-20 feet
Damage: insta-kill commons and leaves a burn effects on Special Infected.
Use: 5 seconds for each of 2 canisters.
Reload: 2 seconds

Category: assault rifle
Damage: 70 per shot
Magazine: 20 shots
Accuracy: similar to SCAR
Reload: 2.5 seconds
Etc.- semi-automatic, high speed cap, but not limitless in case of modded controllers, written scripts, etc.
What do you mean when considering accuracy as a percentage?

It would be a free-for all for the SAW, you'd have anarchy, everyone would kill the other player for the gun, then you could be a one man army (without the noob tubes, lol).
