Teams
It's bothering me that since we've had team stacking issues lately, people are now calling the "Easy" and "Hard" sides of maps before the map rotates - reguardless of their team - or their current scores.
I think that in doing this we're really missing the point.
The point in switching or trying to even things up isnt for us to play in a block of regs/admins, feeling comfortable in our little world, it's for us to branch out, meet new folks, and play with some honor.
What I mean is no matter which side you're on switch it up and help the opposite team if needed, it's not your RIGHT to play on ANY side, nor is it your privledge, nor do you earn it by playing on the tough side of a map.
All these regs I'm seeing with 2 to 1 KD's really means that the server needs to better police it's self, and we need to stop worring about individual KD's and start remembering teamplay and cooperation.

In respects to the "hard" and "easy" side resent phenomenom, I will say that it has amped up the competition in ways I hadnt seen on this server since I have been here.
I think it should be remembered that it wasnt that long ago that 90% ofl the "regs" would almost immediatly jump to the "easy" side at the begining of a map. This would leave the few proud/honorable ones and a bunch of noobs to the server, you would see an ensueing slaughter. This cant be too indusive to bringing on new regs?
For me, it has been cool to see certain players playing on sides I hadnt seen them play before or atleast not more than 1 in 20x's.
I think it has caused some very nice battles and created some nice matchups.
I understand your meaning for posting.

I think, as always, it's a maturing server JP. It's interesting to see how it's changed.......Like you say, how there is SO much more competition now...
Really what I am trying to post is no matter the side you were on last round, no matter the score you had, with a solid team I can win on any side of a map, my K, may suffer, but as long as the team wins - that's what counts.

I try my best to not teamstack I even offer to switch when its really one sided to try to even it up I've had a few admins switch me to a different team to help. If an admin wants to switch me please feel free to I am just here for fun I don't worry about my stats.

Just as there is a new generation of TTP players, we need another generation of leaders who not only encourage team play, call the shoots but who can also see the big picture and do something about it.
