I like the current system as is but with the changes you talk about implementing in the new update.
A few questions though:
Seeing as how it is 1mil tokens for the Ferrari and 50k for the high end prices, it probably won't be too hard to gather in general after a few months/weeks for some people. So, is there a limit in mind to the number of these awards that will be available (i.e. 1 Ferrari and that's it, or 1 Ferrari per to give away per month/year)?
When we redeem these said rewards, will there be any cost to us at all? I.E. will shipping be a factor we have to pay? Will we start getting mail from solicitors or offers from other companies afterwards (i.e. selling our personal home address information and what not)?
I know some of these questions might sound odd, but from my experience, if something sounds too good to be true, it usually is and just playing CS like normal on a GameWager enabled server and winning free prizes at such high values sounds too good to be true. What can I saw I'm a skeptic at heart, although I do love the idea and hope it all works out for all of us.
Also, is that just a partial list of the games that can offer GW to be enabled on them and will include other games in the future? I see a Battlefield 2 space, but none for Battlefield 2142.
Also, last question for now I'm pretty sure, but will the same model/method of getting/receiving tokens be the same on all games? I can be insanely easy to get kills/points on some of these games much more so than CS can. And I know TF2 might be a problem just because of the way the point system works. Medics generally have few if any kills because they get assist points instead, so does that mean they get 2 tokens still? 1 token? any?
I'm sorry if I'm asking too many questions at once and I look forward to the update, but just some other things to consider if you haven't already. It sounds like you have a good setup though so I'm sure you have considered most of these already, but it doesn't hurt to ask again.
Question for Bigdog or others involved: if we really want to try to help give them more data, then why is our CS Top5 server the only 1 with GW currently enabled? If we want to try to help by providing them data the Top5 server doesn't get as much attention on the CS main server usually does and it might prove beneficial to have GW enabled on both for the time being.

You could have it where prizes cost x amount of CS:S tokens and y for DOD tokens
So instead of having it where there is just one type of token in which all games give, you have some what of a currency that depends how fast you receive tokens for that respective game.
Thoughts?

Re: Earning GameWager Tokens
We are only testing the top5 server, since if we were to add it to all servers, it's pretty much a TTP endorsement.
I would suggest that gamewager remove any points from killing bots. that's not fair for those fighting humans, and too easy to exploit by setting bots to be stupid, slow, and inaccurate.
To enhance teamplay, the real thing is to simply double or triple the bonuses for planting, defusing, bombing, and rescuing for teams, as well as the individual player bonuses. Keep the round penalties and objective loss penalties (CT's allow the bomb to be planted, etc) low ...1 pt or so. But make the bonus for planting 3 or 5 tokens. maybe more.

Re: Earning GameWager Tokens
Say you go onto the server at like 3 am when it's dead. You take turns killing each other over and over and start to gain massive amounts of tokens over a couple weeks. Can you do that? Is there a cap on tokens per day? I have no interest in doing this, but just wondering. Seems kind of unfair if you can. I imagine it has some kind of cap on it like Game trailers token thing.

Re: Earning GameWager Tokens
situations like that would be pretty penalizing. It would be like if you did that in psychostats......trying to get a higher rank. Sure, you'd have a 1:1 KD, but the tedium, and slow pace in which you could get kills, and thus tokens, prohibit this from being a very effecient way of earning tokens.
Later, with more data, it will be pretty evident where the holes in the system are.

Re: Earning GameWager Tokens
I like the idea that you get a token from your opponent when you kill them, but wouldn't this kind of discourage team play in the rushing aspect. For instance I'm not going to want to be the first one to rush out of B tunnels because the first one almost always dies, which means you lose a token. Also wouldn't the current system kind of discourage rushing in the first place because people might be to worried about losing a token in a rush and stay back, which we all know doesn't work well for the team. Just a thought...
