Simple really, just got to http://www.gamewager.net/ and Sign Up for a new account (have your Steam ID ready) and you'll already be good to go. As soon as you start playing on any GW enabled server it starts tracking your stats via SteamID, you're just linking it to your account that you are making saying that it is indeed your account and what not.

I have a quick question. When you purchase tickets will you have a page of your ticket numbers then when the winning ticket is announced are you going to give us the winning number, like a lottery, or are you just going to say you have x amount of tickets and at the drawing just say we didn't win and that someone else did?

Re: GAMEWAGER Reward Zone
Its all in beta so dont get to over-worried about exactly how it works... ask questions sure.. make comments sure.. give ideas sure... but dont over worry.
Personally im going to have to say that i would suggest making it so that there are both items you can earn... and win. Basically you set it up so that there are tiers of items. In each tier lets say there are 10 items. 5 of them you can save up your tokens for and spend the tokens to get them. The other 5 you can spend your tokens to buy lottery tickets to try and win them.
Another option would be to make it so you can both win and earn the same item. In other words.. an item will cost 20000 tokens to buy... but only 1000 tokens for a ticket and chance to win it in a once every so often lottery drawing. This means that people can still earn something.. but if they want they can also try and win it if they cant get enough tokens to buy it strait out.
This cuts down on the amount of stuff people can just "buy" with tokens.. so that GW doesnt have to worry about spending to much on prizes.. but it also gives people the feel that they can earn items instead of just earning a "small chance" to win prizes. No one wants to spend hour after hour earning something.. and then lose all or even any of your token earnings simply based upon a game of luck. If i can go mow a lawn in a couple hours and make 50 bucks and buy a PC game.. why the hell would i spend 5-10 times as long playing a video game to earn tokens to buy a "limited" chance to win that same video game.

Above all my other questions, if we do happen to win a prize, how does the shipping work out. I know that most (if not all) the gamewager founders are from Texas. I'm from Ottawa, Canada, if I were to win a Ferrari per se, how would I receive it? Do I pay shipping and handling? Do I have to pick it up all the way down there? How does it work out?

Re: GAMEWAGER Reward Zone
As others have said, a chance to win something is nowhere near as good as actually winning it. I was very excited when I first heard of this, but now it doesn't seem so cool. I hate lotteries/raffles, because I've never won anything from them, and I was hoping this would be different. Oh well, it could still change I suppose (hope).
We can do better.
