Thread: Just Talking, Saving your ass

Just wanted to get some things off the chest... For the past few weeks i have noticed a (hmmm we will call it a trend) trend, that happens on the TTP servers. It does not seem to matter when i get on, but people are always talking shit just random shit. I dont want to put names out there but damn can you please stop the talking. I am guilty somewhat, when my friends come in i will ask yo how is work, life etc, but when the time comes to CALLS i shut up and listen. I mean this is really really taking way to much i cant hear shit. Some people talk to much, and also the same people team flash like a bitch. Now some team flash happens. But when you team flash, and say well call it if your going there, instead of saying yo sorry for the flash just seems a bit out of control. I mean team flashing when you know someone is there every damn round? Come on. I really want to speak up and say yo quit talking so much,,, but this or these people are regulars in the servers. I mean its so bad a bunch of us will go to the other team just to avoid the talking. Also these people have chewed the shit out of people that are new to the server. Like go learn the map some where else, damn your shitty, you shouldnt even play css. Do people not know when they were also once a noob? Dont we want more team players out there? Then why should we hammer the shit out of people that are new? I once was new to ttp. I remember pineapple, gutch, and jeffzila telling me yo man, you must follow the call, if you dont know were the site is follow the majority of people on the team. Which is way more helpful then telling them to learn the map somewhere else. Just some shit that happens that i thought needed brought up. Let me know what you all think. Maybe i am way in the wrong and dont know what the hell i am talking about. Reply and let me know what you think, good or bad it is going to help ttp servers.

If players are talking while they are alive, and thus disrupting play, let the admins know. You can do this through admin chat by typing y@ Civil keeps talking to much. This will only go to the admins on the server, and they will take care of it. As for new players our first job is to try to teach, and if they refuse the teaching then to discipline. Good points man.

Not directing the whole topic to you faith. I understand all your points and that you like to make "calls" but sometimes i think there is more going on then calls. Also the new people coming into server is not just about you. I have heard several people make statements. I just wanted to point out that at one time we were all noobs, and at one time there was no TTP. So like the site mod said i believe we should first teach, in fact if your not an admin you should do nothing but teach, and let the admins do the disciplining. Just thoughts that run threw my mind. Not trying to piss you off. Every once in a while tell someone sorry for flashing them....... Piss them off with kindness rather than harshness. But i do like playing with you, and i think you are a team player, not trying to stir up shit just making some points that some of us might forget from time to time.
