Rising Issue with a mod called Magdar

well some of you might ask yourself, what is Magdar? well I believe it started with Pablo then Pimp then Scrum then Hub and who know who else has it but for some reason no matter where I go they are there. Tonite / this morning on D2, any where I go ( short, long or b), Hub showed up. I believe they have a radar that shows them where I am on the map. This is the only possibility I can think of and no I am no paranoid. Ya might know where im at but it doesn't make you safe from the shotty or scout, gotta beat me on the click

I too have the magdar mod, but when i downloaded it was called fagdar.magus.exe
