Please, for the love of god, take off Dust2 from the top5 list! or make it so that it takes at least 3 other maps before going to it. Most overplayed map in CS and CSS and it is boring as hell. This is a 10 year old game, lets get something new going! Very annoying when the map rotation goes: D2, Piranesi, D2, Piranesi, D2 ect...

Switch it up!

Maybe put in Russka instead, which has the votes on the sticky, but isnt in the list!

Without Dust2, our server would likely stay empty until peak hours... we play what is popular.

Although D2 gets old, it is needed on every server to help prime them. Some times its needed to refill the server late at night when a single map (like Season) will empty out the server. Remember that this is also Top5, meaning everyone gets to vote on those maps.

I think you're missing the whole point.

de_dust2 wins the votes in game and the poll here in the forums because many people enjoy playing it. It is a very balanced map that brings in a LOT of random connections.

Like Quick said, the maps for Top5 are voted on here every 3 months (see the stickies..) And besides, map votes ingame are decided by server population. Why would we force people to play maps they obviously don't want to play? :P
