First of all, the main reason we play here is because we play as a team (even on a gun game server) and we don't camp. If you play on normal TTP 1, you get punished for camping, so it is going to be the same as TTP 2. If you don't like it, go somewhere else.

If you need to camp to move up to the next level, then go ahead and play on all those others that you like. You can continue to be just another player on another pub that is only there to make themselves look good.
We all play here because we like the team aspect, we like rushing together and we like getting things done.


This is nothing personal, but after reading what you wrote, you need to read over it again. If you are pissed because you are camping to get kills and getting punished for it, then play somewhere else. You can be happy there then.

My suggestion to you is...instead of bitching about getting punked because you are camping, maybe suggest something positive like, "hey, do you think we could increase the time on getting slapped for camping, I think it might be a little short."

If you say something like that, more people might actually listen. You start throwing out, Well, other servers are better than this, you are not going to make a lot of friends, especially the ones that put a lot of time and effort into making the server good.

ESPECIALLY, the very ones that gave you ADMIN rights ....of which are now in HUMONGUS question. hey nice way to slap the hand and spit in the eye that fed you...

I'm not sayin I camp all the time. It's just that I get slapped for i'll be in one spot and go about 10 ft away and i'll still get slapped for camping. I think the thing is messed up personally.

1 good reason to take it out: large, open maps such as aim_railroad, with innacurate weapons. one of the few times i was on the gg server, i was getting slapped around because i was crouching to fire my glock clear across that massive map. i'd crouch, and fire slowly, whoever i was shooting at was doing the same thing.

someone should do a vote....

the rules are the same as anyother rule in ttp. and as off the salp mod it was voted in between highs and its here to stay. so dont camp and dont cry.

I didn't read the whole thread, but camping should not be tolerated on TTP2 because what happens if everyone dies and it gets down to two different guys camping there spawn? The round won't end unless the other budges. The camp rule works best to get rounds over so others don't have to wait forever.

you have between 20sec. to 30 sec. which is a lot of time to stay in one spot. DONOT CAMP.

really you have to be in the same spot for a while... you shouldn't get the part 3/3
