The text says, "Server needs Admins and dedicated TeamPlayers... Register now!"

Nowhere does it say put in an app, or that if you ask you will be approved. Nothing false or misleading. We always need more admins and dedicated teamplayers, so as others have said play, post, be a leader, and you will be noticed.
