It's super cool when you don't have someone making good calls.

I feel like a big man making calls until Vaf or Pootie steps in, then I sit back like a bitch.

Slow playing can be used to exploit a weakness of the opposing force. After eliminating some pushers at the start, it can leave one side of a map open and less people on their team to deal with.

when you got people who knows where to go to pick people off, slow play can destroy a team quickly. Also it can also give time to get the next round play off. I think you mean camping is ghey. Theres a difference and mostly likely when people hear slow play they just wanna camp and wait until the last second to try to make a move. While slow play, you are actually pushing in multiple direction trying to find a weak spot to attack. Either way once the caller or people use mic die and no one else is around to tell them to push, the whole group is pretty much doom.

Well said. I'd also like to add that, if a slow play isn't executed properly, it becomes detrimental to the team. A good example would be dust2, people hanging outside of B thinking they can kill someone that's in upper B tunnels. When they don't/can't, the person in the tunnels calls out the slow play to his fellow CT members and Ts end up getting picked off.

Slow play is good or bad i don't think there is a gray area. You have to do it right and get picks to leave the opposing team weak in one spot they have to spread out or they just don;t rotate and leave it wide open.

A good example of a Slow play that worked was one the Villa level (Don't know the name off the top of my head) Where the B bomb site is in a stables or something. Slow play was called, and the T's got a good several picks near B. I being a noob at calls, was slowly pushing into B. Me and another guy cleared B, got the rest of the team in, and planted the bomb. A few moments later, the bomb went BOOM.
