Thread: CSS Update Feb 1st

Updates to Counter-Strike: Source are now available. Please run hldsupdatetool to receive the update. The specific changes include:

- SMX, GCF, and SYS files cannot be downloaded
- Files whose extensions contain whitespace are not allowed to be downloaded
- Filenames that begin with path separators are not allowed to be downloaded

I know, I know, I'm a tease. You all though it would be some important update and it is just server side stuff. But CSS updates happen so rarely that I thought it deserved a thread.

glock is better....

does this update mean that they might add the extra things like on promod (team money, team health in tab, players alive, etc..)

How about aim_awp-tmpmac super long range, and lots of fun running around =p Sniping with the TMP is pretty swell.

Anyone here ever participate in those pistol only 10v10 ladders back in CS? Fun stuff. Very different.

where is the hldsupdatetool ? I feel stupid asking but I dont know what your talking about... I have my CS:S set on automatic update...
