...People that are playing on the server for the first time say something like, "Haha people taking a pub so seariously." (most of them are people that stay in spawn and AWP or not follow the call) I always want these people to be kicked. Just one of my pet peeves of CSS lol. :5

Ya hate them too...Usually what i do when that arrises is i act on it by saying What was that? You think TTP is a pub? Usually that brings out the true colors of the player and they get banned...Or depending on the admin they see it and act on it themselves. Either way u go u can feel better about it. Call them out on their smelly shit that they didnt wipe off their ass or let the admins do it for them =D

Don't intentionally try to trick people into getting banned. Explain the server to them. Just tell them "This server is different from normal pubs. People make calls here and they have to be followed. Try it, you'll like it." You might get them mouthing off more or acting like a prick to you, but your skin should be thick enough to risk a few random internet insults, and the people that would sling them after that usually wind up banned anyway, without any help from you.

After playing in the muck/slum/braindead zone that is most pubs, some people get mouthy to random strangers telling them to do something. You need to serve as ambassadors and tell them "things are different here" and put it in the context of "no this isn't just some random guy telling you to do what he or his friend says, this is how the server works and has worked for 5 years." Many people will understand that, give it a shot, and become a reg themselves if you lay it out. Getting them banned quickly just loses us a potential new regular.

They can be annoying. I tend to agree with Toad in that we should really be trying to recruit these people so to speak, to the TTP way. But yes, after so long if it doesn't work, I like to see them gone.

No i dont intentionally try to get them banned, i simply state this aint a pub its teamplay follow the calls and help the team or dont play here. usually thats enough to set them off in a rage because league players for some reason hate being told what to do. I guess be cause they feel like they "own" the game. Fucking cocks.

What I've found is that the people who are "in leagues so STFU noobs I pwnzor you" are the ones that get stomped so hard in league play that they feel a need to make themselves feel better about it by "pwnzoring ubernoobs on teh failpub servers." The ones who are actually good, the ones who do decently in leagues and still pub, are pretty nice about it.

I got a pet peeve. When a regular from a resident TTP clan that is suppose to be setting an example says "were not here to have fun, were here to win" Really?
