Thread: Put this into your autoexec.cfg to turn off annoying radio commands

Copy and past the following 4 lines into your autoexec.cfg folder.

alias radio "radio_off"
alias radio_off "ignorerad 1; alias radio radio_on"
alias radio_on "ignorerad 0; alias radio radio_off"
bind "F9" "radio"

If you haven't created an autoexec.cfg folder and want to know how, let me know and I will walk you through it.

Also if you don't want to use f9, just replace it with whatever button you want use. This will effectively kill all radio commands including the most annoying "Fire In The Hole". Now you can hear enemy rushes at the beginning of a round and keep your sanity during warm-up rounds wherever you go. You may have to hit f9 (or whatever button you choose) at the beginning of each map to turn them off. If you want to turn them back on just hit f9 again.
