Re: 2v2 Tournament Thingy
Great thread Wish.
My teammate would be Smokey Bones. As far as I'm concerned we play great together. Sometimes it's a server full of newer guys and me and Smokes are the only ones making calls/stopping the rush. I think our play styles are pretty similar. But over all we communicate grate IMO.
We would play against Yung and Indaface. I think it would be hella fun playing with these guys for a couple of reasons. The first being they both can get quite rowdy (especially Yung), and you never know what is going to happen when you are playing against these guys. The second reason They are both very skilled players that I often see leading their teams. Would be a great challenge.
The main map for me would be Nuke. great map, not too big, not too small. Would be able to hear where they were going with relative ease. And as of late it's one of my favorite maps to play on.
The breaker map would be Dust to the 2. What better map to make it fair then one we are on everyday, for multiple times a day?
The score would most likely be an own fest. We would get creamed the first time around, probably like 10-4 or something. Then we would get our shit together and wow them with a 10-4 on our part. We would then make our way to dust2, and I can only speculate as to what that score would be. But I am confident in mine and Smokey's abilities and I feel we would come out the victor.
Now I really want this to happen!

Re: 2v2 Tournament Thingy
Pick your teammate:
Me (shigity) and Berzz (otherwise known as Gi Joe).
Pick your oppponent:
Anyone who wants to play, bring it on maybe toker and vafa?
Pick the main map:
Probably Nuke, maybe one of the best 2v2 maps.
Pick the tie-breaker map:
De_dust2
Say what you think the score would be:
Depends on who we play, but we'd definitely pull out the W.

Re: 2v2 Tournament Thingy
Pick your teammate:
Most likely, I would choose tink. We seem to get along well, and have similar playstyles.
We both play offensive but can easily switch to defence if need be.
Pick your opponent:
Anyone who would feel like playing us, I wouldn't really mind if we lost I feel that the experience would be better than anything.
But I'm sure that we would be a good contender against anyone we played.
Pick the main map:
I would like to play Russka mainly, it seems like a very balanced map which can be played from both sides with similar amounts of even-ness.
Pick the tie breaker map:
Dust 2. I feel that one of the most even maps deserves to be a tiebreaker map just because almost everyone who plays the server will play that map multiple times a day.
Say what you think the score would be:
We would most likely lose the first map, I'm going to guess.. 10-6. But on the second map, I could see us winning at around.. 10-4 or 10-5.

Re: 2v2 Tournament Thingy
Team mate: Kokes, he can rush and slow play. He doesn't know how good he is.
As far as me. sneaky, can stop rushes, rush as well, I know what vafa is thinking but can i just stop it?
Opponent: Vafa, PimpTriskit. Vafa, can slow play and rush. Pimp, can do as vafa does. Would like the challenge.
Main map: Port, anything can happen. Distance shooting, rushing warehouse etc...
Tie breaker map, Dust 2, balanced map and well known by all players
Score: 10-9 kokes/tymer 10-9 vafa/pimp 10-7 kokes/tymerLast edited by ~BigTymer~; 07-23-10 at 04:21 PM.
