Team Stacking

Is there anyway we can make it where u have to auto select your team at the beginning of each i have seen it on other servers and i think it would help with stacking of any sort.

That only helps with number stacks (which auto-balance fixes in a few rounds anyway), and actually makes it harder to have the teams even skill wise. Hypothetical: Toker, Vafa, and Trig, are on one team (because they got randomly assigned there) and they are also down one man. Now Pimp joins the server and has to join their team. This would be an ultra stack, and far worse than the times when a team is momentarily up 2 people.

that is a good point, maybe it would not be such a good idea for the server i was just throwing it out there

A tool that would definitely help this is one that would allow two players to switch places, either by the players' choice and consent or by an admin's judgment.

admins already do switch players when they are stacked but the admins can't be on the server 100% of the time and thats when people take advantage of that

Don't be afraid to call out names. If you bitch at people long enough (if they're regs) they'll be sure to come over.

Regs should Never auto assign to begin with. Each time a Reg joins up u should spec for a round or at least give urself enough time to check the score how many players on each side what players on each side and see who Really needs the help, there should be no reason for our regs to be stacking easy side and the noobish people getting hard side and being pounded, or vice versa.
