Thread: Strange Problem

Been a while since i've played CS:S.

Anyway when I join, the screens that show the teams and allow you to select which one you want, zoom in and out. There is also an issue when I do join a team that some of the players or the weapon im holding does not show on my screen. When it does work, you will also see my crosshair move way to the upper left of my screen when i shoot. Is this a video setting or am i missing some sort of update?

Hmmm...now its working fine. Strange.

It was working fine. When I switched to desktop to check something and went back into the game the problem started all over. Any ideas?

Well i'd like to go back to playing it, its been a good year since I was playing CS alot. I did take some screenshots of the problem but the are in a .tga file. have no idea how to switch them to jpeg etc..

I'm running a GTX 480 at max settings. 1920x1060 i believe. Here is what I see and don't see.

Models are invis....and the hud screens moves in and out and also the option screens.

This is an OB issue. It happens in DoD:S as well.

What does OB stand for?

CS:S, TF2, and DoD:S all run on the Orange Box engine.
