Next time, make sure to record a demo and post it up here. That way, if an admin can't get on, they can still deal with the guy.

By here, he means in the Report Problem Players sticky. And like he said, we need some sort of proof to be able to take action. Otherwise the most we can do is get on the server if the player is still there, or watch for the reported behavior in the future.
