A break is the way to go. In fact, I'm on one right now for similar reasons! That and computer issues.

Get one of those boob stress ball things. Just hold, squeeze, relax.. and go back to playing.

    Re: Frustration

buy a stress ball, and buy really cheap stuff that surrounds you.

and making better mental choices will help you greatly with your physical abilities. people often put themselves into scenarios they can't handle, then blame their skill, not their head, for the outcome.

Idk if it is muscle memory or something, but that is pretty much the main cause of my anguish.
looking at your KD ratio in death match is never a good idea. I personally disable my hud and scoreboard during deathmatch because your KD isn't important, hitting your shots is. I also play with music loud because the point of dm is to improve your aim not react to sound.

    Re: Frustration

If you have to be in game, trail a moderately aggressive player for a bit. He/she gets your backup for a while, and you calm the f down and stop overthinking so much which is probably at the heart of the problem. They should be somewhat aggressive, because just being the guy at the back of the line isn't good for anyone either.
