    Stacking the loosing side?

Ok, I know this has been brought up in other threads just about stacking in general but i just would like some clarification. Is it acceptable to join the team that has more players, but is loosing?

Now I don't mean that if I join one of the servers and CTs are up 10-7 and T's are up a player, what I'm meaning is I join and the T's have great strats that are rolling the CT's and are up 10-1 but they are down one.

I guess auto balance would break it up, but in situations like the second one above is it acceptable to join the loosing team because I feel bad evening the teams out by joining the team thats annihilating the other.

I usually only do it if its not close like 10-8 and when one side is well ahead.

I do this sometimes. if its 10-3 but the team with ten is short one player, go ahead and join the losing team. It might lead them to a win and get them some momentum and cash, making the game more balanced overall.
    We can do better.

    Re: Stacking the loosing side?

I agree to the last posts. Most teamplayer here like when the game is challenging, so I usually stack the loosing team if they are getting beaten up hard. Like the last post said, the loosing team sometimes only needs some more money to get back into the game. And anyway, if you join late, it's kind of a bad attitude to join the winning team if the teams are even.

I'll usually spectate a round to see how bad things are before deciding where to join. Unless the game is full (in which case teams should be even anyway, but...), then I just make a decision and join a side so that I don't provoke any admin-wrath for spectating while full.

The real dilemma for me is choosing what to do once I've determined which team is "down". I'm a pretty awful player and committing myself to the team that is "down" because they need an extra man sometimes tips the scales worse in the wrong direction.

I am in the habit of just hitting Auto join that I never pay attention to which side is winning or losing....I will make it a point from now on.
