Re: Challenge for the Regulars
Its not too hard to hit tab before you join a team to see who needs help.
And like whats been said many many many times before on team threads. Skill isn't everything, if your team isn't doing what they're supposed to then someone needs to step up and yell at them. I find it very hard to believe a team that working well together and doing what they should be doing is losing 10-0. That's not to say they won't loose, just not that bad. Case in point, I suck and are no where near the best player, but when the team actually listens to what I tell them then things tend to get better. Its not cause I'm good, its cause sometimes people don't adjust to fit the needs of the map. They push to far, sit in the wrong place, they call the wrong types of strats.

Team Balancing
Why not make everyone auto assign and not penalize teams for having a higher score.
Just because a team is not winning does not mean all the calls are not being followed. Sometimes you can have a perfect team and still lose because honestly I believe proof of good team work isn`t just victory but the way you play the game.
Auto will stop team stacking, stop unbalanced teams and besides like rattler said let the admins do the player switching.
Also by setting auto assign it will also elimate players ability to self analyze if they THINK a team is fairly matched and in most cases causes other players to be upset because they THINK other wise.
Bluntly set the servers to auto assign and have faith in our Admins abilities to determine the best players to be switched to create a more competitive game play.
Most the time there are 2 many chiefs and not enough little Indians lets just trust the Admins and let them decide and save alot of misunderstanding .
Another option is putting in place a no team switching rule except those that TPG Admins feel are capable to make a decision on which teams need help to keep the TPG spirit in game play.
A new server group with the abilities to switch players for those old time Regs that have earned the respect of the Admins and community,Mentors if you will. Possibly decreasing the work load of the admins in some areas.player/mentor/admin
Either way this little indian THINKS tpg has the best servers in css and I trust the admins at TPG decisions on any configurations that the servers run .
Trust me if something was to harm or if there are issues that effect gameplay on the TPG server line up the hard working Admin staff would be all over it.

Re: Challenge for the Regulars
I think some of you read just a few lines and then posted
If an admin is on then it IS their job to balance the teams the way they see fit, my post is when there is NO admin on.
I too usually use the Auto to join but am trying to make a conscious effort to look to see who is losing and who is on that team.

It's good to bring that up if you are seeing it, Gunny. If you see unbalanced teams and people don't seem to notice then I don't see the harm in asking someone on the other team to come over over steam chat or in the server.
And yeah when my team is winning and I see Luker join the other team I get on the mic and I go:
