Strat callin
So recently I've been noticing something that has been getting on my nerves.
When someone is strat calling, dont argue with what they say. A lot of people start yelling and arguing over what the call "should have been"
Constructive criticism is a good thing... But make sure it's in good nature. The last thing a team needs is arguing going on at the beginning of the round so no one gets a call off.
So please keep your ideas constructive and speak your opinions when you are dead so we can get a call off at the beginning of the round

Re: Strat callin
Good point. A confused/broken strat is worse than no strat at all (slow play), IMO. Some things can be added on the fly, if necessary. For example, if the call is to walk lower-A on Season, then turn back and hit B after the first shot, someone might want to call an audible for someone to hang back and watch mid/spawn. Those kinds of things are constructive additions to the strat. But completely trying to overthrow it or call something different while it's already in progress is a no-no.

Re: Strat callin
Sometimes after a call horribly fails, I'll say something like "They weren't fooled, fakes aren't working", or "We should have gone/Should go A, they don't cover it well", but I don't really bitch people out for making bad calls.
What is annoying is jumping in and trying to make calls, without permission, when your team has already has a shot caller

Re: Strat callin
There is only one call I have ever overturned, unless I had been calling and someone tries to call over me, that being a mid anywhere on pira, you just don't do that... You have an excellent point here, if someone is calling, shut up at the beginning, let the call be made. If you don't like their calls, tell 'em what you think when dead, not at the beginning of the round.

Re: Strat callin
As good of a point as it is, what's worse is having people suggest that their past experience gives them some god-like ability to call. Those people can't take the criticism given by people who have played 10v10(with basically the same people) longer than them.

Re: Strat callin
I agree with this statement. If you dont have the nuts to get up and make calls EVERY ROUND, then dont complain about the call that is made. That being said, there has been a lot of players making calls for 2 - 3 rounds and then stopping...which is equally unacceptable. If you are going to relinquish calling, let your team know ahead of time.
